Overview
Urban Hub is offering a monetary reward to thank you for referring another student who books with us for the 2025/26 academic year.
- The standard reward is £200 for you and £200 for the student you refer.
- The value of the reward may change during special promotional periods.
- This promotion runs from September 2025 to October 2025.
Eligibility
Referrer (You)
To be eligible as the referrer, you must:
- Be a current 2024/25 resident at Urban Hub, or have booked a room for 2025/26.
- Not be in breach of your Occupancy Agreement.
- Refer a person who will be a full-time student during the 2025/26 academic year and who wishes to book a room at Urban Hub.
Referee (The Student You Refer)
For your referred friend to qualify, they must:
- Book a room within 28 days of being referred by you.
- Book for an occupation period of no less than 44 weeks during the 2025/26 academic year.
- Not already be registered in Urban Hub’s database at the time of referral.
There is no limit to the number of students you can refer.
Eligibility to Claim the Reward
Both you and your referred student will be eligible to claim the reward once:
- All eligibility terms above are satisfied.
- As of 1st November 2025, you and your referred friend have both taken occupation of your rooms.
- All payments due to date under your respective Occupancy Agreements have been made.
How to Claim Your Reward
- If your referral is successful and all conditions are met, Urban Hub will contact you by email in November 2025 to invite you to claim your reward.
- Rewards must be claimed by 1st December 2025. After this date, all rights to claim will be forfeited.
- The reward is not a discount on rent or fees owed. It is a separate monetary payment made by Urban Hub.
- Payment will be made via a method of Urban Hub’s choosing, and you may need to agree to the terms and conditions of a third-party payment provider.
